We don’t ask too much from you, but we do ask the following:

• Please be considerate to others, especially when arriving back after 11pm.
• Respect the accommodation.
• Please ensure the front door is locked every time you leave the flat.
• Accommodation to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
• Visitor belongings are left in the flat at their own risk.
• Visitors are liable for all damage and breakages.
• Lost keys will be charged for at the cost of replacement.
• For safety reasons, and to comply with fire regulations and insurance, deep fat frying and the use of candles are not allowed.
• The number of persons staying in the flat must not exceed the number agreed at the time of booking.
• The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation at any time, if in their opinion the behaviour of guests is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is disturbed or endangered. In this event, you will be asked to leave without entitlement to compensation.
• Please note that once you have made a booking a contract is in force, and if a cancellation is made, for whatever reason, your deposit is not refundable unless we can re-let the flat. And it is possible that you will be liable to pay the balance if we cannot re-let the flat. It is therefore, in your interest to take out travel/holiday insurance. Any cancellation to be made in writing.
